Please note that we are not only fix out-of-warranty Mac/iPhones, but also anything under warranty, in that case, this will be free of charge to you. Apple Australia will only offer customer one year limited warranty if you don't have AppleCare Protection Plan, which cost you extra, At FBTN Mac Service, we are always at your side, for most of Apple products, we can get two years limited warranty for you which cover labour and parts.

We offer onsite service for small business and residential customers. We also licensed contractor with major Apple authorised reseller as technical provider. Normally we will only charge $99 for most of repair jobs (AASP).* And remember, only if it’s out-of-warranty:) Under warranty? Of course free of charge!

We also stock huge range of second-hand and spare parts for all your Mac needs! 

For most of job the turn-around time is a 3 days, as we are very busy Monday to Friday which means we can only do some jobs on the weekend. (Unless it’s really easy work we might be able to do it sooner!
